Is there a reliable way of earning GC in this new busy economy?

During the early access there was a pretty reliable ~1gc per healing salve, obviously everything's different now, is anyone finding a good way to earn GC with items? trying to avoid getting into straight currency swaps because I need SC for other things and earning is too slow to make it all the same source
