Help with doing commissions

I began playing wolvden a few weeks ago, and now that I'm starting to get a hang of this site I'd really like to start doing commission work. The only problem is that I kind of have no idea what I'm supposed to charge. I'm not really comfortable charging real money, so I plan on charging SC instead. I'm also wondering what kind of rules I should add? If anybody has any input on anything commission related I'd love to hear your thoughts!

1. no stealing art
2. must be expected to pay upfront ( optional if u don't want this rule )
3.  be patient as commissioning takes time
