TT0TT Glad you got a giggle outta Goldthorn's stud stop pic, lol -- I had fun trying to get his personality across, he's so goofy 🤣 And yes, you've noticed correctly!~ I looove Warriors so much, and I used to draw my Warriors OCs aaall the time, so there's definitely a lot of inspiration there. It's in muh blood 👌 I really need to catch up on reading them, though. Apparently things are getting wiiild in the new books, lol. Last series I read was...lemme check...Omen of the Stars, I believe! If I had all the books and all the time in the world, I'd read 'em all over again from the beginning tbh! Ahem...sorry for the Warriors rant! I grew up with Warriors lol, I made a book club with friends and everything. I am super horribly behind though....still on Power of Three. But I cheated and read the Warriors Guide so I know how this storyline ends woops

Anyway I've seen sooo many packs and prides from both Wolvden and Lioden based on those books and it makes me so happy that they're so popular!

@Moon - Saaame! I started reading The New Prophecy when I was like...11 or 12? (Yes, I started with the second series, not knowing any better lol), so... Like... Pfft, fifteen or sixteen years ago? Holy cow time flies... But anyway! I'm definitely attached to those characters because of it, so all of the newer series with them in there are just... Oh, I love 'em! And omg I almost forgot about the guides! Yeaaah, shame they included some spoilers in there tbh... But still! Lots of cool stuff that happens in-between that oughta make it worth readin'! Power of Three was a really fun read for me -- lots of interesting side characters that I enjoyed reading about (as well as the main characters too, o' course)!

Yeees, I love seeing all the fellow Warriors fans! That's probably my favorite animal literature I've read. Not saying its the, like, absolute best or anything, but definitely my personal fave. And it doesn't hurt that there is tons to read in that universe. Not just the main series...es(?), but the off-shoots, the solo books, the guides...so much stuff!

Aaand as a general side-note while I'm here, just to stay on topic (not that I mind other discussion -- especially about Warriors omg, I could nerd out for ages)... I should be able to get some more finished pieces done soon! Been a little busy irl with the holidays and keeping up with household chore type stuff (boring, I know lol), but now that Halloween's over I should have more time to focus on drawing!~

I think I'll be working on finishing Sheepsong's shop banner next, theeen I'll be doing another batch of character designs! I've already got some sketches done and waiting -- I just wanna wait 'til I can post a few things all at once 💖 And thanks again to everyone who is stopping by and chatting! It means the world to me! @Laura-Mae I mean, sooner or later I would’ve been given massive spoilers to the ending because every other fan that I’ve seen or talked to knows how it goes and says something....so in that way I’m almost glad I read the guide. I agree that there’s still a lot of side detail that I want to read, so I’m still going through each book!

Yeessss I love how they explore basicslly every single character’s story and not just the main ones. They do a great job of giving each cat at least a small backstory and really tying them all together into a complex story.

Yeeeee more art so excited! Don’t feel pressured though, doing normal life stuff is important too <3

Agreed! And all the different character relationships and shared stories and just... They put sooo much into that universe and I think it feels so rich because of that!

I've gotten some more sketches done! I know I said I was gonna finish Sheepsong's banner first, but... Character design is really relaxing and fun for me so I decided to go ahead and focus on that instead~ So now I've got aaall my main wolves sketched up (I think)! All of Gen 1 and a few from Gen 2~ And more Gen 2 babs will be coming as they age up and as I have the time, lol~ Anyway, here they are!~

Back at it again with...something a little different! I've been wanting to practice backgrounds/locations/landscapes, and I thought that designing my caves would be a good place to start~ Healer's Grotto is the one I have the clearest picture of in my mind, so I did a few sketches of it! These are just concepts of course -- still lots of things I'd like to add/change after I've studied some more reference photos, but... I'm cool with it for now 👍 Anyway here they are!~
