Wolfquest players?

Does anyone else play Wolfquest on here, specifically Anniversary Edition? I just made a Discord server to play with friends, and I'd love to add some more people! I don't roleplay or anything, I usually just do territory quest, so if that sounds like something you'd like to do let me know and I will message you the link! I'm asking for members to be 18+, not because of anything NSFW, just that I want an older crowd there. Thanks for reading!

I remember playing this game five years ago, but I only played the single player version, and I don’t remember actually purchasing the game. My experience of single player mode was that the first half was fine, but the part where you have to lead your pups to a new den or whatever was really frustrating (especially with the birds) and buggy. Maybe the reason I never played the online mode was because I had a free version? I don’t really remember how I got the game, and honestly I thought the game was so old that the multiplayer was dead anyway.

But when I looked at the site just now, I saw the info on the anniversary edition. Is that actually recent, or is the site outdated? Is it tenth anniversary (which would be 2015, meaning it might be the same version I played 5 years ago, or maybe I played the old version, I don’t remember)?

Sorry for all the weird questions, I’ve been genuinely curious in playing a wolf (or other animal sim) mmo type game for a long time but have never found one that’s been satisfying or has enough players / active mods/devs. If the online actually does work in this game or is active, I’d possibly consider looking into it again. I’ve been thinking about this game over the past 5 years, but the puppy moving quest nightmares always deterred me away from going back to it, lol

WolfQuest Anniversary Edition was released in 2019 to early access, so it's quite recent! The whole game has been redone and so much more is being added to the game. AI has been totally rebuilt so elk naturally herd together, wolf fights are no longer turn based, and a whole bunch of other stuff.

I used to play Wolfquest when I was in elementary school. From what I understand now it's pay to play? I haven't bought it because I don't know anybody else who plays it, but I would love to play it again! Do you think the group might be active by black friday? I'm waiting until then to buy it with a discount.

That’s good to hear it is a recent update, thank you for the response! Once I have more free time I will look into the new version ^^
