[if you like my writing style, I will write your LORE!]
A Sea Strewn Leader and a Shadow Companion
Steep cliffsides hung over the violent ocean, like cold shoulders turned away from the world. Waterfalls spilled like tears created from the melting of a glacier so large it appears as a giant sapphire crown atop the mountains of the lonely island. On the far right reach of the island, a volcano rose like a pyramid from the sea and disappeared into the sky.
Without regard to what little life was among the island, the volcano claimed the soil year after year with sputters and roars of lava that turned into black ashen slides that slipped in the ice cold ocean. In all of the islands utmost natural beauty, the irony laid in its lack of a soul - there was little to no survivability once upon this island. There was little to nothing to hunt,
strong winds without shelter of forest, and if the volcanic eruptions did not melt the skin off ones bones, they would be left to face the chilling ocean left surrounding the island. It was the most stunning hell, it was also the hiding place of the Amahki Shi Assassins. Once regarded as rogues and mercenaries for hire from distant lands beyond the sea, it was only the Amahki Shi that could navigate
a cold plunge into the sea and come to this island, a place where they could seek refuge from what persecution awaited their devious ways. Landing on this isolated hideaway was only prolonging a certain death, as many of the Amahki Shi could find the island - but could not find their way off.

One by one the elements claimed the lives of what was left of these Assassins, all but one pup named Tanaga. Frozen corpses and storms that brought lost birds were barely enough for the pup to survive. It was either wait for a slow death upon the island, or plunge into the sea in hopes of life elsewhere.
It felt like a death sentence, either way. As the daylight grew shorter and the fingers of the tide curled to come hither, Tanaga jumped into the sea. It was only but sheer luck the day she chose to so-be her escape, as the currents were pushing fast upon the closest mainland beach. However, washed in the stinging salt of the tides, Tanaga felt she had lived a life time in wait, frozen and starving.
Washed ashore like driftwood, a young wolf, Atraxa had found Tanaga. Hungry and alone herself, Atraxa scavenged off of what seemed like a dead wolf. But with a gargle of ice from her throat and her eyes bleeding salt from the sea, Tanaga lashed back, numb and angry. Madness crept upon them both, hunger stirred their minds into senseless violence for the night. It wasn't until morning that neither of them had an ounce of strength left for a fight.
Tanaga and Atraxa huddled for warmth, searched for bugs and scavenged from bones of fallen prey. It was then they knew it was either they survive together, or fall together. Atraxa, a lone wolf from a slaughtered pack, was swift, stealthy - a stalker in shadow. Tanaga, a trained assassin with a dangerous hunger to survive. Together they grew, hunted and traveled. Neither wolfess would look back at the lives they left.

Growing the pack
Tanaga and Atraxa had no intention of growing numbers in their company. Slay. Eat. Travel. It wasn't until the dewy summer morning, Tanaga preyed upon a lost adolescent by the name of Vraska. Vraska, abandoned by the homeland of her bloodline, had a mind sharp as an eagles talon and a deadly dispositon. Even when she had been much smaller than Tanaga, she fought back, but with the poison from the fangs of a snake. This was a skill that both Atraxa
and Tanaga had not seen before, a skill worthy of a true assassin. As the three wolves had one common goal, survival, the company of assassins became three.
Aesi was next. Motherless. A meal in mind for a hungry pack of three assassins. However, there was no fooling the young wolf. Even the swiftest of wolves among them, Atraxa could not stalk Aesi. He had a talent to oust the most villainous creatures from the darkest shadows. Unkillable and no longer expendible to the world he was left in, Aesi became the fourth member of what was now rumored to be the Ukawa Moon Pack.

A short overview of the following that have not been written (do not read if you have possible trigggers!):

Tanaga finds a mischievous herebalist, Oko that sticks around the pack as a rogue. He gets a kick out of horrifying tricks, and attempts anything he can to get a rise out of the pack. He loves to steal food and withhold healing properties as an attempt to receive desperate bribery.
Atraxa finally shares her story of falling from grace with her previous pack, a runt-like orphan that had to devour the rotted bodies of her starved pack in order to survive. When Tanaga found her and they fought harshly for survival (only to figure out that they survive better when the hunt together) she swears her oath to her. The day she shares her memoirs is a reminder to her fierce loyalty to Tanaga, even above other packmates.
Tanaga falls for Ixalan, a beautiful male with a treasured skill of hunting and scouting. He softens her shadowed soul with endearing gratitude for being spared in a fight. He is understanding and forgives her difficult personality and inability to cherish a beautiful life.
Tanaga falls in love with Ixalan, the pack notices this strange new leader as a beautiful, soft wolf.
Ixalan is found dead.
Tanaga reverts back to her old ways of being an Assassin, however her attitude has become tenfold in monstrosity and apathy. Her first victim to her mental illness and temper was Oko, blaming him for the pack falling apart slowly from disease and disparity. He did not even give the pack a chance to survive under a "decent" leader while she was in love with Ixalan.
This strikes the once jokester of the shadow, he fears for his own life as well as those that he became accustomed to in the mountains. Oko joins the pack officially and became their herbalist, foraging for medication with his skill and out of decency for the secret but uncanny attachment he has towards the Ukawa Moon Assassins.
A new wolf arrives, young and nearly unfit for the assassin life, Yadakahlo. Yadakahlo soon begins to hone his skills in order to impress Tanaga, most of all, and the pack. He wants to win her over.
Tanaga lements Ixalans death, it has become apart of her. Vraska, the more unruly of assassins harshly reminds her that Ixalan is dead. Yadakahlo hopes that this might be a turning point to where he could become more accepting in the eyes of Tanaga, but his wish was full of disappointment.
As Aesi grows, he becomes compatible with Vraska, as they are both skilled hunters and often out on the valley hunting together. What started as a friendship and comradery, soon flourished into a budding romance (and by Assassin standard, this is not very romantic, it is more tactical and appropriate). However, despite this friendship, Vraska's temper is untamable and has caused a lot of friction with nearby packs. She kills and terrorizes as she pleases. Atraxa understand this behavior, as it was once her own life, however, Atraxa has matured. She trieds to tame Vraska's temper, and with many skirmishes between Assassins, Vraska is finally put into her place and uses her violent skills purely as a hunter. Her radical change of pace was due to Atraxa saving her during an ambush she put herself into while attacking another pack.
The initial babysitter of the Ukawa Moon pups was Gideon. Gideon admits to Yadakahlo that he was the one to murder Ixalan out of spite for his favorable skills and longing for Tanagas attention. Without Yadakahlo even speaking a word to Tanaga, her eyes and ears are sharp - and now she knows the truth. Gideon meets his demise. This sharpens the respect the pack had for their merciless leader, loyalty or death. Gideon himself chose death by betraying the Assassins. Despite the pack growing in admiration of one another, Yadakahlo still feels second to the belated Ixalan, Tanaga will never love him as she did Ixalan.
A new comer and skilled hunter, Unalgo joins the pack. His skill and dedication had become paramount to the pack as they rebuilt after so much chaos. Tanaga favored Unalgo, which began a long lived rivalry with Yadakahlo. Unalgos undying loyalty to Tanaga becomes a severe displeasure to Yadakahlo. Oko, the one trickster, now herbalist, gave advice to head strong Yadakahlo - and not very favorable advice. "You will always be second. You can accept this or leave." (a very dimmed down truth of the the horrible thing he said, but we will keep that away from the story since it is triggering). Yadakahlo becomes a shadow rogue with Oko, distancing himself from the pack and scouting for herbs and new lands. He becomes the stud for Ukawa Moon and keeps his distance from the inner circle of wolves.
Lets us not forget one successful love story in the Ukawa Moon Assassins, as the adopted prince Sorin and the beautiful rogue Aukea were paired for hunting. Much like Aesi and Vraska, they found their compatibility to be tactical, and appropriate. However, it was much more than just business and job-like companionship. Sorin had eyes for Aukea, as she was swift, competitive and unlike the rest of the assassins - endearing. They became the first mated pair of the Ukawa Moon, and adopted and raised young hunters. Even at cold Tanaga's approval, their love seemed to be the utmost definition to the comradery of the pack. Live for one another, hunt with one another, give tooth and nail for one another. However, not all beautiful love stories end perfectly. Sorin came from a royal upbringing, he had only joined the Assassins to hone his skills in becoming the best hunter. Aukea however, was always an orphan, and unlike Sorin - she had bought into much of the darkness that Atraxa, Tanaga and Vraska had taught her. Her devilish ways did not stray from becoming a perfect assassin, no matter how much Sorin wished for her to see the light in life. Eventually, the Assassin within Aukea had taken over, and she was one of the pack - disregarding the deepness of love that Sorin desperately sought to fulfill with her. This story continues at Aukea convincing Sorin to give up his old "royal" manner, and to become a true assassin like her, like Atraxa, like Vraska and like Tanaga. But Sorin has his doubts and insecurities still...
