I'm extremely picky when it comes to rping since I've been doing it since the ripe young age of about 10 (so... a very, very long time, lmao). I'm an aspiring author but my style tends to be 1-2 liners usually and somewhat sarcastic, but if it's something I'm very excited about I can end up pumping out upwards of 15 paragraphs (and my paragraphs are... very, very long). No weird formatting, and I'll give some examples of that below based on past experiences with partners.

- No bolding your dialogue. Just put it in ", thanks.

- No replacing all character names with emojis. Like... seriously. Please. No emojis should be in rping in general.

- No "quoting" on discord - it's a feature that allows you to pull somebody else's post and it makes it look weird. Don't @ me every time you reply, either.

- Please don't italicize everything but the dialogue. Please. It should be used in moderation for stressing words, and your entire response shouldn't be stressed, it's just bad writing.

- Your diction should be understandable, and good in the context. Please don't use words incorrectly. I'm not as picky about this, but it can definitely throw me off big-time if you do it often.

The type of rp I'm most comfortable with is romance, since that's just what all of them end up being. I love dark themes, but I can hold off if you aren't comfortable with that kind of thing. I do MxM, MxF, and occasionally FxF. I prefer rping males, but I do have female OCs I like to use too! I'm pretty flexible to whatever is needed for the story. I love making plotlines and planning out scenes, and I have experiences of "clashing" with people who tend to lead the rp, so if you typically find yourself leading the scenes and planning ahead and such, it might not work out. It's all cool if you are, I just know it'll get quite frustrating for the both of us!

Here's my fandoms/favorite topics. Bolded are the ones I like doing the most, and underlined ones are the ones I haven't found partners for so I have no experience in but would very much like to do.

Undertale* (This one I RP the most, and am most comfortable with)

Warriors

Wolves (General Topic)

Cats (General Topic)

Dragons (General Topic)

Percy Jackson series

My Hero Academia

Detroit : Become Human

Tokyo Ghoul

I like to do mixes and sometimes original storylines. I am willing to do OCxOC and, depending on the character, CanonxOC. I do not rp any forms of incest. DM me if you're interested and I'll give you my discord so we can discuss stuff we might wanna do, or if you have questions. Please inform me first and foremost if you're a minor, so I know to dial back the violence and such automatically.

Also, here's a little list of info I might wanna want from you.

- How many OCs do you have (a rough estimate is absolutely fine)?

- Do you prefer fandoms or original storylines?

- Do you want to cut out darker themes (violence, death, etc)?

- What kind of characters do you typically end up rping?

And a little info about me, too! You may be interested in me if you like rping partners that

- Lead the story. Come up with future events, introduce new things, drive the plot. It's basically all I think about all day, since my mind is buzzing even as I sleep.

- Come up with lots of ideas. This can... get a little tiring, I'm gonna admit, and we'll likely have way more than 1 rp cuz I come up with new ideas for new concepts of rps all the time. You don't have to say yes to them, but I will - very often - say "Hey, so, I had a new idea".

- Have a variety of OCs! I have an OC for basically any role, and can make them up on the fly to suit a role. If I don't have any characters that would go well with yours, I can design one in a couple minutes.

- Loves fantasy creatures! Most of my OCs are not human, but do have human designs just in case. I love monsters.

- Prefers darker themes. Dystopias are my favorite.

*cough cough*
hello I will respond here with something a little off topic but!

"Please don't italicize everything but the dialogue. Please. It should be used in moderation for stressing words, and your entire response shouldn't be stressed, it's just bad writing."

this isn't bad writing!! I understand that can be annoying if you don't like aesthetically it but it really has nothing to do with writing!
it's basically just a quirk of discord. normally *sits down* indicates action, but discord use ** to italicize things. So it's sometimes hard to remember to put space between * and word.

btw you seem really cool!

For me, formatting is everything, so it's also a part of how good the writing is. Like, for example, if you're reading something and it's entirely in bold or in some font that you don't like, you're less likely to want to continue looking at it. Also, double ** is bold, single * is italics. *This would be italics.* **This would be in bold.**

Also, thanks, lmao.

Ah! sorry that was my mental shortcut. xD I write ** to mean "you need two asterisks to italicize word"  not "you need two asteriks on each side of the word to italicize it". Also I wish you luck with finding RP partner. I would have offered my participation (two liners and snarky? that's my jam!) but i'm not a native english speaker and write in few RPs on my own (...well one actually but i have many characters in it xD)
