Azar cawed a laugh and returned to Adrian. " Nice to meet you. " He looked around before jumping. "What do you mean dark lord? Where are we going? What is happening? Why are you calling me wonder?" Azar cawed and picked Adrian up with his beak. No time Adrian, we'll explain when we're safe. "Put me down! Safe from what? Dang you Azar. " He muttered.

As she gazed out the window a rumble filled the air behind her. Entirely too tired to care, Farren turned to see a.... a griffon? Holy shit. She laughed nervously, sliding off the bed. Hello Farren. A voice echoed inside her head as the woman sunk to the floor, looking up at the vague shape above her. "Hi. Uh. Yeah. What.... am I going crazy?" She managed to get out. The features of a mythical creature were obvious and 'griffin' had just popped into her mind, was this really happening? "Not at all. I'm Aderyn, I'm your.... well, I'm like your guide! You have a long, long journey ahead of you. Seems two of the others have met up already. You're a bit late to the party." The shape solidified and Farren held back a gasp of shock. It- she- was really a griffin. Mind reeling, Farren watched as Aderyn's beak brushed along her hand. "Quickly now, before the nurses get back. Pack your things, whatever is essential. We need to go."
