Your emotions are valid, even if others don't think so. Allow yourself to feel them, even if you have to curl up and cry in your bed every night. Bottling up your feelings only makes them worse. Let them flow and you won't feel so overwhelmed. And remember that all your anxieties are temporary. This phase in your life will pass and while there will be new anxieties later, you'll be able to handle them better because you'll know you're strong.

I know how you feel. I've had a lot of stress, anxiety, school ( especially since my teachers are not very clear with their instructions on assignments and it takes forever to get a response), and feeling isolated from family. My family never discouraged me for my emotions. I just isolated myself from everyone else cause I felt like I just don't fit in that much. And at times I do feel alone sometimes, even though I know there are family and friends who love me dearly.

Bottling up your feelings will definitely cause some issues at some point. So let those feelings out, you will get through this. It may seem like it'll never end, but trust it will. If you need to let it out to someone, let it out. If they won't listen, make them listen by telling them how you feel on both the situation that's frustrating you and the fact that you feel like you are not being taken seriously. Tell them how it makes you feel.
