How long should I wait before deciding on a stud? Also how do u find good ones??

I just joined a day or two ago and my impatience is my biggest flaw so im curious if any of you guys have any tips on how long you should wait before deciding on a stud? and what traits should I look for etc etc. I have one male right now but im not sure if I wanna choose him?

Currently I've only found wolves in exploring! And although I think thats very fun from a storytelling/roleplaying perspective Im unsure if that's the best way to find studs??

Should I just choose one and go for it or? I'm uncertain on how much thought should be spent on it! If anyone has any thoughts on this I'd very much like to hear it!! ^^ thank you

My biggest suggestion would be a tier 2 base, the rarer the better [so a lower percentage next to the base name]. As for markings, try for rarer ones. Like combo colors if possible, having a merle or two isn't too bad either though the market for them is inevitably going to fall. Tamaskan unders and Inuit unders are also decent since they are rma only. Overall though you want something that looks good. Stats can also make you money as well, so the higher the better. I suggest looking at what other people have up for stud, that can give you an idea on what people like and what people are willing to stud to.

Obviously its also important that you love the wolf you pick, since you're going to be the one looking at him most.

@kase Ooohh yea a tier 2 base definitely sounds good!! I'll keep an eye out for any of those. There are some real pretty tier 2 colors from what I can see looking around so excited for that. I'll keep an eye out for some cool combos
