This is why we pay attention when we bake. Accidents like that can happen, idiot! You're lucky that it's just a small burn, now come on. These cookies ain't gonna bake themselves!" "Got it, Miss Sunre." That was a memory Eternal wanted to forget. After they discovered how he never aged, they grew distant and fearful of him. They threw him out of the pack and forced him to flee from their borders. For eternity, he wandered, yearning for the light that'll never appear in the dark empty void. But even eternity will eventually come to an end. "...we wake him up? He...like he's-" "...Quickly! We can't...another-" "Tell our...wolf-" Eternal gasped and opened his eyes. Where was he? Why did he hear shouts? "Oh, you're awake," said a mysterious voice, interrupting Eternal's thoughts. Suddenly, a tied cloth with a cookie inside was shoved into his paws. "Eat up, it'll help you regain your energy. You'll be needing your energy later. Now, come with me." Eternal looked up and saw a female wolf looking back at him with an expression of concern worn on her face. "Who are you?" questioned Eternal, brow lifted slightly. "My identity is none of your concern right now, so please, get up and come with me. Our pack leader wants to meet you." Pack leader? Eternal thought. So he was in a pack's territory. "Follow me now, we don't want to keep her waiting. It'll be a horrible decision to do so." Nodding, Eternal carefully placed the cookie inside the small bag that was strapped onto him. It contained a small book which he wrote his discoveries on when he was wandering. "Let's go." The walk to meet the lead wolf was quite... awkward. There were wolves staring at them. "So, you're the wolf my scouts found lying on the ground. Mind if I ask why you were there?" spoke a sharp voice. Eternal looked around and spotted a white wolf reappearing from the shadows. "Good luck. I'll see you soon," said the female wolf that accompanied him and she walked away. Turning his attention towards the lead wolf, Eternal answers the question, "I had accidentally fallen into a river while wandering and found myself washed up in an unknown place. I'm guessing that was when your scouts found me." "Interesting. So, are you a wanderer looking for a pack or are you a traveler?" "I'm looking for a place to call home. For years I have tried, but always ended up failing anyway." "Well then, consider it your lucky day. Welcome to Moonshone Pack, wolf." "Eternal- the name's Eternal." "Alright, Eternal. I hope you enjoy your life here, no matter how long it might be." With a wink, the white wolf walked past Eternal and gestured him to follow her. That was a memory Eternal wanted to forget. After they discovered how he never aged, they grew distant and fearful of him. They threw him out of the pack and forced him to flee from their borders. For eternity, he wandered, yearning for the light that'll never appear in the dark empty void. But even eternity will eventually come to an end.

"...Quickly! We can't...another-"

"Tell our...wolf-"

Eternal gasped and opened his eyes. Where was he? Why did he hear shouts? "Oh, you're awake," said a mysterious voice, interrupting Eternal's thoughts. Suddenly, a tied cloth with a cookie inside was shoved into his paws.

"Eat up, it'll help you regain your energy. You'll be needing your energy later. Now, come with me." Eternal looked up and saw a female wolf looking back at him with an expression of concern worn on her face.

"Who are you?" questioned Eternal, brow lifted slightly.

"My identity is none of your concern right now, so please, get up and come with me. Our pack leader wants to meet you." Pack leader? Eternal thought. So he was in a pack's territory. "Follow me now, we don't want to keep her waiting. It'll be a horrible decision to do so."

Nodding, Eternal carefully placed the cookie inside the small bag that was strapped onto him. It contained a small book which he wrote his discoveries on when he was wandering. "Let's go."

The walk to meet the lead wolf was quite... awkward. There were wolves staring at them. "So, you're the wolf my scouts found lying on the ground. Mind if I ask why you were there?" spoke a sharp voice. Eternal looked around and spotted a white wolf reappearing from the shadows.

"Good luck. I'll see you soon," said the female wolf that accompanied him and she walked away.

Turning his attention towards the lead wolf, Eternal answers the question, "I had accidentally fallen into a river while wandering and found myself washed up in an unknown place. I'm guessing that was when your scouts found me."
