Thunder Hills was founded on 2020-11-03 by Queen Yukon and King Sitka. The royal pair fought hard for their territory in the grasslands. Their efforts, though, paid off and they were rewarded with a safe place to call home. Soon, they would welcome their first litter of royal pups.

History & Founders

Thunder Hills lies in the rolling hills of Nor'iskachia, a tranquil area in the northwest area of the world of Chenneria. Thunder Hills gets its name from the frequent thunderstorms that occur in the summertime. Summer also harbors several species of wildflowers. The winters are generally mild with the exception of the occasional blizzard. Wild game is plentiful from spring until mid-fall. 

This land was scarce in the way of the wolf until a lady by the name of Yukon claimed the terrirory as her own. She soon found a mate, Sitka. And thus, the two became the new King and Queen of Nor'iskachia, ruling justly with a kind and open heart. 

With news of a new ruler, more and more wolves traveled to Thunder Hills and the surrounding terrirories. Although the family was founded on royal blood, Thunder Hills occasionally welcomed in these stray wolves and called them Civilians. 

Royal Family

In the first spring since the new King and Queen settled into the land, the two welcomed their first litter. Aspen was the first child, as well as the first Duke, to be born into the royal family. Aspen would later take the throne with his mate, Mili, after the death of King Sitka and Queen Yukon. 

The following litter consisted of two males, Beni and Nero. While the dutiful Nero chose to become a hunter for his pack, Beni became a capable explorer of the surrounding territories. Nero remained a loner for the entirety of his life; however, Beni eventually found a mate, Amber, and raised two litters of their own. They even adopted two pups named Rico and Dorian. 

The third litter of the founders consisted of the first Duchess, an adventerous scout named Adele. This speedy female went on to be yet another scout for the pack. During that time, she found Erix as a mate. The two then raised their own litter. 

Last, but not least, the fourth and final litter of Queen Yukon and King Sitka. A single pup was born in this litter: a female named Rust. This amiable wolf became a stalker for one of the pack's hunting teams. Rust currently has no mate and, subsequently, no pups. 

Just as the sun rises, it must also fall. Yukon and Sitka peacefully lived out their life and, in due course, passed into Vish' Ekai. Of course, there needed to be someone to take their place. Aspen and his mate, Mili, quickly took their place as the new king and queen of Nor'iskachia. 

They welcomed their first litter of a single pup, Eva. Eva's speed would allow her to become a hunter for the pack. She would then follow the footsteps of her ancestors to become a princess, and finally, Queen. 

The second litter also produced a single pup, Avery. Like her sister, Avery bacame a Chaser. Avery is currently not mated.

The last litter of Mili produced two males, Vern and Misha. Both became hunters for the pack, and both are unmated.
