Hello, well im so sure there is many thread asking about the fox base but i did a quick search and coudlnt get any

so i wanna know how to craft the fox base and where to get the ingredients?

To craft a Fox Base applicator, you need to learn the Fox Base recipe and gather the ingredients.

These are the ingredients you'll need:
1 Remnant: Fox Skull
10 Remnant: Fox Tail [Red]
5 Remnant: Fox Pelt [Red]
20 Canine Fang
20 Canine Claw

All of these ingredients, as well as the recipe, can be obtained by fighting Fox enemies that are lv 5 or more.
Fox tails and pelts [Red] trophies can only be obtained from red foxes. The recipe and fox skulls can be obtained by any fox enemy. Canine fangs and claws can be obtained by any canine enemies.
You can see what trophy you can gain from any enemy in this very useful guide.

From my experience, canine claws and fangs are easier to get and drop more often. Tails and pelts are rarer. Keep in mind that only enemies that are lv.5 or more drop trophies (so fighting lv 1-4 foxes is useless)

Also is there anything that sets or effects the monsters level i encounter in the explore?

To see it in your crafting list in the hoard, you have to have learnt the recipe. Just like any other decor/background recipe.
The recipe can drop from fighting enemies just like the ingredients.

As for the enemy level, I think is mostly random. But there are some biomes where foxes seem to appear a bit more often (Prairie and Swamp in my experience)
