A small, shaky wolf eyes you with a strange look, their gaze glistening in the deep moonlight. Their paws knead at a small, flat piece of bark that seemed to have been stripped from an ancient tree, it's gnarled appearance marred by thousands of tiny claw marks.
"You seek something," the wolf said, their voice hollow and ancient, much like the tree bark beneath their paws. "A story, perhaps? Or maybe you seek knowledge on wolves. Perhaps you wish to speak to others about legends and rumors? I have plenty of stories to share of the Valketine Pack, the Pack of the Everfrost. I recommend holding your tongue, lest you decide you seek something else."
