I don't know the exact price of white sage, but buy offers on TC are almost always below the going rate. It's kind of like an impatience tax for people who need cash now.

Blue sage (5 pups) is currently selling for 25-30 gc, so white sage (6 pups) is definitely worth more than that. You could try putting it up on TC with no buyout and see what offers you get.
