I draw cats yes ^w^ I'm willing to draw any oc whether they are in a fandom or not <3 (so yes I will draw an oc from warrior cats) though I am closed until the 21st of January since I have another essay due then.  I can still put you on the list but I won't be starting your comm until after then if you decide to commission me <3
