Which base should I use for my breeding male?[Decision has been made]

Hi everyone! So I've been trying to put together my eventual Breeding Male. All of his markings are taken care of but I'm now trying to decide whether to change his base. It's currently black which does look nice but also makes it harder to breed Teir II bases. So I've been looking at all the available Tier II colors and I'm considering Dinar and Oroide. I think Dinar blends a little better and I LOVE the dark reds in the warm-colored bases but Oroide looks shimmery with his markings and I really think that Muted colored wolves would go better with the cool colored bases that I largely want to breed. So which base do you like best aesthetically and which base is better mechanically?

Ooh I love how he looks with Oroide and the eye color change. Super warm and dark and autumn-y. I have only been on here since yesterday so can't discuss the mechanics of it, but aesthetically I definitely think Oroide looks nicer.

Ok, I've decided on two final bases Onyx and Orioide and two final aesthetics for my lair cool/monochrome and cool/muted. Which look and aesthetic should I go for?
