When it comes to digital art, especially getting accepted here you need a drawing tablet, a drawing software (krita, photoshop, etc) then to optimize everything to your comfort. I plan on posting some advice in the forums soon but if you dont have a tablet a mouse will not work to get it accepted or at least the insane amount of work it would take imo wouldnt be worth it.
So long as its not an animal I may be able to help you out
