Yeah no ghetto anywhere is fun. The ghettos of Cali are so uniquely different from the ones here. We stayed in a hotel that was in a little bit of a ghetto area when we visited LA. But yeah, I thought more about learning Spanish when I worked in retail, because there were some consistent language barriers with some folks, but when I left I lost interest.

If you can teach a bird to say things, then definitely teach it anything you want. I wouldn't even know where to begin haha.

I have two dogs! But I'm a cat person. They're total opposites in personality, and both mixed breeds. I don't let them in my room either, because of shedding and stuff. I like having my space. When I move out, I'll probably get cats and a fish tank.

i used to have two fish tanks in my bedroom. the fish died.

but i still have the fish tanks , filters , gravel , fake plants , etc. they are in  a store place.

i used to have a family dog. since my bed room is on the bottom level. when ever their was fire works , thunder storms . i would let her eat her dinner in my bedroom and let her sleep on my bed with me. i also let her in my bedroom on nice days.

she liked eating her dinner in my room because it was quieter than eating it upstairs where she could hear fire works, thunders storms.

Yeah I wanna have a tank full of fresh water fish, I think they'd be cool to look at and very low maintenance. What breed of dog did you have? I imagine NY is a very busy place, so you're probably hearing noises all the time. Unless you don't live in the city.

i did have a 10 gallon goldfish tank and a 5 gallon tropical fish tank.

i had a lhasa apso. i live in the country. even out in the country you can hear fire works ,  during the 4th of July.
of course you can hear thunderstorms.

That sounds super cool! I know there's a lot of country and suburban areas in New York too, but I've only ever been to the city. It was super cool. You ever been to the city to watch the Thanksgiving parade?
Lhasa Apso's are a unique breed! Did you guys choose that breed specifically or did you adopt from a breeder that was giving pups away?

I was in that parade once, in 2019 before COVID hit! It was a cool experience, I was one of the balloon handlers. It was super windy that year.
That's cool! Lhasa Apso's are a very ancient breed, and usually have quite a long lifespan.
