Hello! I'm pretty sure she would be in heat, since the heat cycle is kind of active in the background (even for male wolves), so you could give it a shot!

Assuming you hadn't given her an aging crystal a time where she wouldn't be in heat this rollover and she wasn't adopted from the enclave, where you'll have to wait an extra day for her to come into heat.
