NBW with Red Smoke

I found an NBW with the red smoke markings, which I understand are pretty rare. He's a TI and pretty low stated. What would be a good price range? Or would he be more valuable to keep and breed?

Unfortunately the marking on its own on a T1 NBW isn't worth all that much - there are NBWs with smoke in the TC for less than 50 SC, several for like 10 sc. ;w;
