SARDER with Black Merle Patches and x2 Inuit

SARDER with Black Merle Patches and x2 Inuit

I bred this beautiful little pup with a Sarder base and Black Merle Patches, and I LOVE his looks. I ended up doing some RMAing to get the inuits and sterling shaded marking. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with him, but I would also like to know what something like him is worth. He's one of very few with this base and that specific Merle. My goal is to make him my breeding male, because I love the warm bases. Maybe, just maybe, I might sell if I got an awesome offer. I've seen more plain Sarders going for +170GC.

Slot 1 Black Mantle (84%)

Slot 2 None

Slot 3 Black Inuit Unders (100%)

Slot 4 Sterling Shaded (43%)

Slot 5 Black Blanket (35%)

Slot 6 Black Carnage (79%)

Slot 7 Cream Tuxedo (46%)

Slot 8 Cream Inuit Unders (58%)

Slot 9 White Urajiro (100%)

Slot 10 Black Merle Patches (92%)

So, how much do you think he's work? Would you breed to him? What can I do to make him look better?

Hi! I also love the warm bases lol and especially with the black merle in that last spot (a few of my wolves have this, in fact)

Would def consider breeding to him if you put him up for stud! A really easy thing that (I think) makes most wolves look better is just changing all the opacities to 100% but it's all personal preference. Like this: wolvden.com

I think a few of the markings are kind of doing the "same thing" (like black carnage and black blanket and black mantle), so I might mess around to get different effects and shadings. Maybe something like this: wolvden.com (which is kind of just something that I like, so you might feel different)

I just purchased a sarder for 175GC so you could definitely sell him for lots if you wanted to go down that route, eventually they won't be worth as much I would think. Studding is a little different cause there's no guarantee you'd end up with a sarder pup but it's still tier 2 which is desirable

Not sure about studding prices. Lots of people just seem to be doing the minimum right now.

@Kayla - Thank you for commenting! I definitely agree with changing up a few markings that are kind of doing the same thing. They were either ones he was born with or ones that were RMA'd, and I haven't got around to sprucing them up. As for opacities, I have always been one for 100% markings, but I really want to keep his Sarder showing through. He will for sure be going through the wardrobe quite a bit before becoming my breeding male.

I know that I want to breed for warm bases, so I'm very partial to keeping him for a breeding male. If he ends up a stud, I hope to see some requests from you in the future! Thank you for your input! :)

You're welcome!

That's true about the sarder showing through too -- it's definitely something I've been struggling with a little, I generally aim for less markings I think as a solution! But some people like 10M

Also might be a good idea to get stats up through leveling and whatever, I've heard rumors that stats might become more desirable as time goes on

edit; oh also, I love warm bases! (All the wolves I keep tend to have it) so I'll def keep an eye out for when you have him up :)

Yep, stats are something to work on! Especially with how important they are to pack roles right now. I'm sure they will become even more important later on.
