Londyn took a step back. "How do I know I can trust you?" She said, voice wavering. Feather's smile was distracting her. It was as bright and warm as the sun above them.

" oh! I know!" She handed her a lovely pink flower and smiled again at her

Londyn hesitated, then took the flower from her. "Thanks...I guess," She said, twirling the flower in her hands. "Nice to meet you. I'm Londyn."

She smiled again" the pleasure is mine. I am Feather"

Londyn gave Feather a tiny smile. "So," She asked, shouldering her bag, "What are you doing out here?"

" I like to pick flowers and plant them in my garden" she smiled

Londyn nodded slowly. "That sounds nice," She said softly.

She took her hand" wanna see?" She asked excitedly

Londyn face got slightly pink when Feather took her hand. She managed a smile. "Sure," She agreed.

She giggled and lead her down an overgrown path to an old cottage
