reptile appreciation!

i haven't seen a thread for reptiles around on wolvden yet... we need one! i'll start by sharing some of my babies:

buddy - albino rainwater leopard gecko

phoenix - pinstripe flame crested gecko (hoping for female, unsure on gender so far)

itachi - axanthic vpi ball python

norman bates - super pastel ball python

i'd love to see the reptiles owned by wolvden players!!

I used to have a normal ball python a few years ago. Had to rehome him due to poor health on my part, but he was such a lovely snake. So friendly and curious! He loved being handled, you could tell he just lit up at the opportunity to explore. I miss him sometimes, but I know he went to a good home.

I'm planning to adopt a corn snake soon now that I'm feeling better health-wise and am in a better place financially. I'm going to hopefully get a vivarium within the next month, then start adding to it gradually until it's ready! I'm getting a really big one - one of my regrets with my last snake was not giving him tons of room to explore (his viv was technically big enough, but he was four feet long in a four foot vivarium, so it wasn't a huge amount of space). I think my new snake will appreciate having a bit more space! ^^
