Hunting proficiency seems bugged/inefficient

Hunting proficiency seems bugged/inefficient

I've noticed that after a hunt, each wolf only gets proficiency for one of the roles it was assigned as. This is no problem, however it seems to be 100% favored in exactly this order:

Stalking > Chasing > Finishing

This means my "Stalker" has ONLY stalking proficiency, despite often being sorted in in other roles additionally. My Finisher meanwhile ONLY gets any finishing proficiency at all, if she's sorted in as absolutely no other role.

I don't know if this is meant to be like that purposely or if it's a glitch, but to me it seems a little inefficient. I think it would be better if the role a wolf gets additional proficiency at is randomized after each hunt (of course only roles it was actually assigned for).

Basically if your wolf is sorted in several different roles in a hunt, it should have an equal chance to get proficiency in any of those roles.

I think it states somewhere on a guide that it’s purposeful, and it encourages players to make a full hunting party, so each wolf has a particular role, which is how the mechanism is supposed to work :)

A hunter will only gain proficiency in the first role it's assigned to; that's how the game is designed, it's not a bug.
