Looking for Friends

Looking for Friends

Hi fellow Wolvden players! My name is MonoPearl!  Wolvden is finally out after much anticipation and I am loving every bit of it it. I played Lioden in the past but never ventured into the forums enough to make friends, but I'm pushing to change that with this game. This is a new experience so let's share it together! Howl at me with a friend request perhaps and we can work as an extended pack to discover all the goodies the talented, game designers put in for us to find.

The more the merrier!

I'm also looking for friends! I played Lioden for a bit too but never really made any friends, and really want to change that with this game! :)

- Sent a FR to you :D

It's nice to meet you! :D I'm excited for all the new features and gameplay aspects here, it's super fun and challenging to figure everything out!

I joined LD in 2014 so I've been around for quite some time, but like you I never really made any friends. Mostly all I did was care for my lions and post in art threads xD

I played Lioden off an on for 2 years, I decided that the Frostbitten base was my favorite, and so my entire pride was frostbitten lions, which is why I decided to call myself Frosty lol

I'm excited about the new features and the gameplay here too! I'm really enjoying it so far!

I had so much fun getting the ancient mutations! I even managed to make myself a beautiful king after about a year of playing. But alas, college got me busy so I didn't have a lot of time to enjoy him. It feels very good to be customizing again in wolvden as that was my favorite part.

I never really had a favorite that stuck, I just kept lions that I thought were pretty. Wasn't too much into the whole breeding game. I mostly just went hard in events, I used to spend as much time as I could exploring and getting that event currency lol. I didn't even do it to make a profit either, I just needed EVERY decor from EVERY event so that it could literally sit in my hoard. I felt so bad having to use up a decor use, so I only ever applied them to my king (or other very special ladies I had). I fell in love with Locust when it came out though, and quickly applied it to my king. He's now only 7 years 4 months old and Locust was released a whiiiile ago... tells you how much I've been playing lately xD

I wish I could be more goal oriented, but I'm just way too lazy to learn all the combo bases and buy a ton of ladies I don't even like just to try and breed a certain base. I'm sure that's how my wolves will end up here, although... maybe I can push myself haha. Maybe.

I feel that. Last I left off was me trying and failing very hard at getting the leonids base. I was pretty obsessed with acquiring all the skull/bone decors to match the vulture aesthetic I was going for. Overall, it was a fun time, but now I'm pumped for what's to come in this game.

Yeah, I definitely think it'll be a little easier to be motivated for things since it's an entirely new game. Not only am I excited for just the new features/gameplay, it's actually really exciting to be here from the very start. I've never been able to join a game so early on after its creation. Having such a relatively low ID# is pretty cool. ^^ Not to mention, we get to see the game grow over the years and be able to compare what it was to what it will become.

Idk, maybe that's kinda weird? I just think it's neat. xD

I completely agree! I think that's whats making this so much more exciting than normal.
