Meadow Herd (Wild herd rp)

Let's see if this catch's steam since the wolf rp I started didn't. This is a wild mustang herd rp. The herd is called meadow herd (For now there will be one herd to join eventually if their is enough people to join I'll open up others.) You can rp as as many characters as you want. I have dibs on the lead. She will be a mare named Estrella. Thinking to make it interesting these mustangs were caught by the BLM (Burro of land management) and they escape or they escape from their owners depending on the breed. They come from different herds so they must learn to work together. Their maybe loner mustangs who eluded capture and are now just out wandering by themselves and join the herd or stay free. The lead stallion breeds the mares he wants to but doesn't breed them all because he wants some diversity in bloodlines in his herd...

These are the ranks in the herd and who has that rank. All ranks are open to be played by anyone except for the lead stallion as estrella decides who that is.

There are no rules just be nice to the other rpers and fill out the character sheet I link here. 

There are some horses that are eligible to be "adopted" or played as right now these are the ones. You can make up personality and history for the horse if you adopt. These are either horses that decided to run away from their owners and joined the herd or are wild mustangs that get snaked into Estrella's herd from an NPC herd. These horses are currently NPC but can be rp'd as just dm me if you want to adopt one then make their character sheet. I would like them to join the herd if possible. There will be 6 available to be taken at a time (3 males and 3 females) and once gets adopted a new one will be added in its place.

Bishop: Bishop is a gold cream champagne dun stud. He is 3 years old and has a bald face on his face and 4 white stockings on his leg. He is a Kiger Mustang and is Estrella's older brother. He is 16.3HH.

Chaz: Chaz is a 15.2HH Cherry Bay stallion. He is 3 years old. He has a stripe marking going down his face, a stocking on his left front leg and a sock on his right hind leg. He is a Criollo horse who escaped from his owners because he didn't like how they treated him.

Savanna: Savanna is a 12HH (she will grow to be 15HH) grulla mare. She is a weanling Chincoteague pony (Mustang) who got abandoned by her mom near the herd. She has a stripe going down her face that stops at her nose than a snip on her nose, a fetlock marking on her right hind leg and a stocking on her left hind leg.

Issabella: Issabella is a 16.2HH silver Buckskin mare. She is a 4 year old mare. She has a star and snip marking on her head and a coronet marking on her right front leg. She is a rocky mountain horse who escaped from her owners because her parents always told her stories about wild horses.

Cutie: Cutie is a 15HH Chestnut Tobiano mare. She is a 5 year old mare. She has a bald face, a sock on her right front leg and a coronet on her left front leg. She is a Cerbat Mustang.

Espirit: Espirit is a 15.3hh Cremello stallion. He is a 2 year old colt. He has a really tiny dot on his head, he has a sock on his left front leg and a fetlock on his right hind leg. He is a Holsteiner.

Estrella paces inside the fences of the BLM (Burro Of Land Management) she was trying to calculate a way to escape. She is the daughter of the lead horses of a herd called Willow herd and her spirit was unbreakable she was wild and she was not going to let herself get used to human attention. She longed to be free again and to start a herd of her own.

Midnight watched Estrella from a short distance away. It broke his heart to see the mare he loved (not that he had ever told her he loved her) so distressed. She paced along the fenceline and he knew that she longed for freedom. Slowly, he approached her. "Are you alright?" He asked gently.

Estrella glances at Midnight "I'm fine I just want to get back to freedom and my way of life" She continues to walk the edge of the fence trying to find a weak spot. 

*opal*"bet you can't catch me spirit I'm a pure bred wild Appaloosa well I was until those stinky humans caught me and my ma then killed her right in-front of me still bet ya can't catch me" *she starts running* *spirit* " oh ya well i'ma catch you i'm a wild horse to" *they both start playing tag*

Midnight walked to the edge of the fence and gazed out. Inside the fence, where they were trapped, was short, unsatisfying grass and not much space to run. But out there... endless miles of long, swaying grass, mountains and rivers, all the space to run a horse could wish for. Midnight snuffled at the air and detected the distant scent of pine trees. So far away. He nosed at the fence, then leaned against it and pushed with all his strength, but it wouldn't budge.

Estrella continues to pace and soon finds a weak spot in the fence and thinks about jumping it. She lets out a soft snort as she contemplates if she should jump it or not. 

both of the young horses slam to a halt and trot over to Estrella *opal* "what you looking at Estrella?" then prods it with her nose *spirit* "ya also opal your kind of messed up and twisted" he says like he knows hes gonna get a hove to the face.

Estrella finally decides to jump. She takes a few steps back to get a running start then jumps making it over the fence just barely. She looks back at the others before trotting off pretty elegantly back to her life and to find a place to start her herd. 

Midnight follows, but with his bulk he is heavier and slower than Estrella, and he doesn't quite clear the fence. He makes it to the other side but the barbed wire at the top of the fence gouges deep cuts into his underbelly. Midnight staggers to a landing on the other side and groans, blood dripping from his wounds. "Estrella, wait," he calls, "I'm injured."
