Welcome to the land of Caldera

Caldera Is a world where Pegasi rule the sky, hippocampi rule the watery depths and unicorns are left to wonder the earth. The start of the current age had arrived in what could only be described as chaos. The warrior clans of the Kirin returning north to reside in their mountain forests, and the Pegasi returning to their craggy cliffs with the barest whisper of a hiss to the victorious Unicorns. 

The horned ones rejoiced, clans mingling and dispersing in riotous glee before returning to their barbaric ways of bachelor clans and wary dams in their great forests.  Confident in that their victory was the act of will and might; and not the gentle caress of the strings by higher beings that it truly was; they left the temples and way stones to fall into disarray. The old gods forgotten mostly to time and slowly growing weak and fearful of the ones they once called kin. 

At the dawning of the sixth age a young bachelor herd slowly made themselves apparent, their journey in the eastern forests and plains quiet to the mortals at first, but the gods looked down curiously as they started to gather. There were notable individuals that they in particular took interest in, and so they watched; and waited for the time to greet the new age and the newcomers with a mix of apprehension and unbridled glee.

how they met the herd-

personality needs at least 2 positive and 3 negative traits.  must be written well, no abbreviations. 

must be a stallion to apply, unless a mare opening has come up.

must be a unicorn.  no wings or antlers as of yet within the herd.  can have as much or as little of a traditional unicorn as you want, so long as they have the single horn on their head. [lion tail, beards, cloven hooves, long fetlocks]

Also listed is the point/task system: 

Tasks will be released the first Wednesday of every month unless every member completes their task early then it will be released the next day Tasks will have 2 options, you may choose one or the other, or if you are feeling particularly creative you may do both for extra points.

All tasks must be in color with a background. You must draw all tasks, unless edits are discussed with an admin. 

-Points are as follows. -

Headshots:

-2 points flat colours

-3 for simple shading

-5 for complex shading

Halfbodies

- 4 for flat colours

- 5 for simple shading 

-7 for complex shading

Fullbodies

-7 for flat colours

-8 for simple shading

-10 for complex shading. 

Backgrounds

-2 simple flat colour

 -4 bubble background

 -6 simple background 

-8 complex background 

-Npcs are awarded the same points as members, and adding them into the image is a neat way to boost points. 

If you are not the artistic type, you may write your tasks. 500 words minimum

-500 words is worth 5 points

-1000 words is worth 10 points.

-Failure to complete a task loses you 3 points. Two tasks you lose 8 points and have a formal warning. 

Third task missed and your unicorn dies. You may reapply, however you will have no guarantee of entering again, and you may not reapply with the same unicorn.

 -If your finding things a bit tough, you may send an admin a message before the 7 day deadline to the task due and you will be exempt from the tasks for that month.

Adoptables: 

I have drawn up a few unicorns that you can choose to use in the roleplay. Please note that you may make small changes such as the tail, horn hooves etc. To make it your own :)
