By purchasing/commissioning any type of artwork/item(s) from AIZUI, you (the purchaser/commissioner) agree to the following terms of service/conditions. AIZUI has the right to adjust/remove/add to the Terms of Service for any reason at any time. Any changes with the Terms of Service will be noted. AIZUI has a right to refuse service to anyone regardless of conditions. The purchaser/commissioner must be eighteen years or older or with parent(s)/guardian(s) permission to purchase from AIZUI no exceptions. The commissioner/trader is responsible to provide their portion of the trade before artwork by AIZUI can be started. A sketch can be provided ahead of time in good-faith by AIZUI. AIZUI will not distribute any personal information unless required for court/government purposes. No refunds/partial refunds will be granted, unless otherwise noted by AIZUI on a case-to-case basis. Satisfaction is taken into account and will offer no refunds based on this. Once the item(s)/artwork have been sent by email or other social media means the responsibility is now held liable with the purchaser/commissioner. The purchaser/trader has the right to contact AIZUI via email provided for reasons related to the orders, artwork, purchasing and trades. No other emails will be accepted by AIZUI. If payment is not received within 24 hours of purchasing, then the items/artwork(s) are forfeited unless AIZUI is notified and agreed to extend the time frame. Any changes must be requested via email or other social media platforms before the artwork is considered complete. Progress will be shown to give the commissioner a chance to perform this action. *If any errors are made on AIZUI's behalf depending on the severity AIZUI will correct these errors for no additional charge. Artwork is not allowed to be sold/traded or currency equaling more than the original paid amount unless other artwork is provided. All artwork created by AIZUI is copyrighted and claimed with rights reserved. Distribution of artwork is not allowed without credit given to AIZUI. Selling AIZUI’s artwork for profitable means is prohibited unless permission is granted by AIZUI with written and signed documentation. Removing the signature indicating AIZUI's artwork is prohibited. Claiming artwork by AIZUI as its own is prohibited. |
