price check on het unrelated to big lineages?

I have a female TII with white & black heterochromia who is fifth generation, but isn't related to Tanuki or Light in the Dark... she has Hanta and Ursa, but isn't an albinism carrier so that isn't entirely relevant imo.

what should I price her on the TC? I received an offer for 400 SC but that seems low for a het unrelated to the big W&B het lines.
