Pack of the horned moon (history)

The past year has seen many changes for the wolves who call the forest gulch home. Seasons have come and gone, and with it so have pack members. Stain followed her mate along the star trail a mere moon after him. Many joined the pack as it grew in strength, Strange coming up with more clever tricks with which to astonish their prey and their enemies. The hunters grew in knowledge and strength, and with that they could take down more prey than they could eat, allowing them to grow. Swift and strong, the pack of the horned moon soon commanded a large portion of forest to themselves. They were not hostile, though, becoming even generous and sharing their wealth of food and pups with nearby packs. 

As the whelping den overflowed with strong, healthy pups, soon branching out to join other packs, some took notice. Trades of pups began to happen, young ones being brought to other packs where they could grow and others being brought in to be raised. This added Genetic diversity to the pack, which Strange encouraged, seeing the benefits it brought to the future of his pack. Verity is good, especially when it comes to adding to their numbers.
