Shifter Romance FXM RP (CLOSED)

Kylie  sighed when she heard footsteps. She turned around and  saw him " Oh.. hi Spencer" she said  " glad you found this place alright.. now come on.. there's a path up ahead. The views are absolutely fabulous" she walked up to him and smiled

It didn't take much convincing to go with Kylie, Spencer liked anything with a view. He still felt awkward, he still didn't know Kylie other than her name and she knew his favorite author. He found himself looking down at the ground often.

"So, how did you find this place?" He asked, embarrassed at first. He looked up to glance at her. 

Kylie held her tongue before telling him " I was walking with my mother one day when I was a little girl and I asked her if i could stay in this area when I felt like I didnt want to be around anyone.. and she just said yes. " she glanced at Spencer before putting her hands in her shorts pocket and walked beside him. She was doing good thus far not giving her identity of being a cheetah away. " its my kind of place if you want peace and quiet" she said a moment later when they reached a stopping place " here come here" she held out her hand " look at this view. "

The mom thing made his jaw clench again, but he didn't say anything. Still being pretty new to the area he was interested in the little nooks and crannies, especially ones where he could be his wolf. He nodded. When they got to where they were supposed to go, his eyes caught her outstretched hand. He didn't take it, his hands were comfy in his pockets. He just continued forward and looked out at the view.

"Wow," he exhaled.

" Those were my exactly words when I came across this place a few years ago" Kylie chuckled  " you're free to come here if you want.. I don't come here much now. I have a job and it takes most of my time" she sighed and then sat down on a broken tree trunk, eyes not really looking a the view, more on the ground. She was really shy now and avoided his eye contact. She just sang a song to herself that her father taught her.

"What do you do?" He asked, looking over at Kyle trying to get to know her a bit more. Though she began to sing so he clammed up and looked back out. He was looking forward to exploring this area more.

Kylie paused for a few minutes before telling him "I work at a bookstore  off of 10th street. It's not big, but lots of customers come in every day" she said finally looking at him.

When she answered his questions minutes later he was a little confused because he forgot what he even asked. But her answer made his brows raise in interest. He enjoyed bookstores and reading.

"Do you like to read?"

" I work at a bookstore dont I?" Kylie teased " Of course I love to read Spencer" she chuckled " Now come on there's another favorite spot of mine"

she got off the tree trunk and walked off   towards her other favorite place. A vista full of prey and a mountainous view. 

When she got there, she said " This is where... I spend most of my time when .. im..." she paused before thinking about what to say " When im not working"

Spencer couldn't help but smile wide and laugh. "Good point," he said before straightening himself and following Kylie to another summit. Frankly it took the words out of his mouth. He was in awe as Kylie spoke up again. At first he didn't notice anything odd when she stammered a bit, but he eventually did. He looked at her as she paused a couple times. He tried not to over think it, so he just nodded.

"It's a beautiful place," he managed to say before turning to look out towards the mountains.
