Hey, I am trying to put boxes but I can't seem to figure out how. Someone mind helping me?

I can help you out, but it bears knowing that you have an old version of the code that my new boxes don't support (you're using the CSS link for an older version of Glass that doesn't support the new table layouts). If you copy the new CSS link (which is in the main post) for the same layout, everything should be the same and the boxes should work.

... You sure? Each of them are previewing just fine on my end.
Did you follow the instructions?
Or, another possibility, are you on a school (or otherwise filtered) internet domain? If your internet has Neocities blocked, the layouts won't work on your end though they are still visible to anyone with unblocked internet.

I just copied the link into the css part of my page, I am on a school chromebook but thats not the issue WD is saying it dosent work itself give me one sec!

Uh oh, that's a unique error.
Does the Neocities site load for you? This is the domain I used to host my code - if it is blocked by your internet, there is sadly nothing I can do on my end D:

EDIT: Have you tried hitting Save Changes anyway? This will -hopefully- apply the layout, regardless if it can't be loaded.
