Hi y'all! I'm looking for one or two new RP partners. I haven't roleplayed in years, and I'm looking to get back into it. Reopening! Looking for partners again.
About Me - Aemira (they/them)
- 23 years old, will only RP with people who are over 18+, and Discord is my preferred platform.
- I'm a genderqueer lesbian, so I am definitely open to queer characters and stories.
- Currently at University, so I won't be able to promise a reply every day, though one a day is my goal -- if I'm busy I will be very communicative of that! But I do need a partner who can be patient and kind if life happens, especially since I have graduate school interviews during this time.
What I'm Looking For~ - Partners that enjoy talking OOC! I find it much harder to RP if we can't communicate well and get along with one another.
- Discord based RPs, so posts that can be up to 1000+ words but more likely in the 200 to 600 word range. Obviously less for dialogue-heavy moments!
- No TERFs or anyone who is discriminatory towards any systemically oppressed groups. In a similar vein, appropriation is not cool, nor are characters that are stereotypes of any particular culture or background.
- Character development!!! I also like strong plots and concepts to drive that character development over.
- For romance subplots, I will play any gender.
Not Looking For~
- Fandom RPs
- Animal RPs
- Anthro outside of a fantasy/paranormal setting, i.e. werewolves are fine, fursonas less so
- Slice of life with no underlying plots
- RPs where the main goal writing NSFW content
- Partners unwilling to discuss things such as triggers, who shoehorn events in without discussion, writers who god-mod.
Things I Like~ Historicals (I do way too much research though, so at your own risk!) To maintain quick responses and hit my writing goals, I'm currently going to say no to detailed, historically accurate plots.- Steampunk/alternative timelines
- Science fiction
- Fantasy/paranormal
- Characters that foil each other
- Characters who have evolving relationship dynamics (platonically and romantically)
