I did do my own icon! I can do animated icons as well, that's no problem. Here's another example of a similar thing I did a few months ago:

Character reference: A tall skinny male human with a pale skin and a face full of freckles. He also has a short crooked nose and soft facial features. He has short curly red hair and pale emerald eyes. He wears a brown open trench coat with white clothing underneath. On his feet are black business shoes and he wears a tall brown top hat 

Extra: N/a

Pose: Stand straight up with his arms and hands out as if welcoming someone. I want him to have a mischievous smile on his face

Anything else I should know? : I’m gonna be using this for a book cover on Wattpad if you’re okay with that. With proper credit of course. 

About how much would this cost?

Thank you for your interest but a 50x50 space is incredibly tiny (see my examples) and what you're describing simply isn't doable on it, so I can't take your commission ^^'' My apologies!

I should be able to draw your character in a bit more detail in that, yes, but that is still very small and won't work as a cover of a book of any kind! If you want a book cover that'd be more in line with the Shaded / Non-shaded fullbodies and such :>

Payment Type: Would it be possible to pay in any way that would convert USD to Euro? I know Paypal does automatically but I'm unsure if you take that.

Extra: For accessories, she has a compass pendant, eyeglasses, and a pair of hoop earrings that can be in either ear tuft.

Pose: Would something like this work?

Anything else I should know? : Her compass pendant is attached with a chain, but to simplify it you can draw it as leather or something akin to that instead. Also, I realize you may not be comfortable drawing birds, in which case I can totally change the character choice if you're not!
