Drak looked up and smiled "thank you. No, yea you can sit here." He said, placing his phone down in a place where it could charge. He glanced at Zeke and smiled. he took a sip of the tea and immediately knew he liked it. He was still hunched over slightly to hide his chest

[ OMG IM SO SORRY MY PHONE SAID THERE WAS NO RESPONSE ]

Zeke grinned and sat down, his foot tapping nervously. He moves a stray curly locke of hair from his face, frustrated for a few seconds that he couldn’t keep his hair tamed. Even in his draconic forms his hare was untamable. The man sighed in relief when he noticed Drak had liked the tea. One less problem out of many jumbled in his mind. His expression turned a bit more serious with a hint of anxiety. “So how you holding up? Noticed you look worried. Want to talk about it?” He thought for a moment and realized that was kind of rude to ask. “You don’t have to if you don’t want to I just figured... you could use a friend.” He smiled nervously, putting his hands in the pockets of his khaki-jean hybrid things. Sort of out of style, but they were comfortable.

Drak looked up and shrugged "There isn't much to talk about... Apart from the fact I don't have a home and barely any money..." He grimaced slightly. He sipped at the tea a bit more, trying to make himself calm down. "I'm on the run. not from the police, though, I ain't a criminal." He laughed weakly

Zeke was shocked. So that was why they were worried. Thats a whole lot worse than he thought. The man nodded, glancing around the room. “I’m... sorry. I had no idea.” He gave Drak a sympathetic look before thinking on it. He wanted to help but had no idea HOW. He had an idea but it was a crazy weird one. Especially since he didn’t really know him. “Do you have anywhere to go for help...?” He really hoped there was a good answer to that. Drak looked young, so he probably still had family somewhere. Then again, Zeke was younger once and had nobody for a while before he met Demina. Maybe he could offer some assistance? Maybe give him a place to stay? There had to be a reason he was running. “If you don’t mind me asking, what exactly are you running from? Is there a way I can help?” See, Zeke is what we call a bleeding heart. He cares deeply for every living thing and had a habit of helping random people he knows nothing about. It was just how he was. He liked to help, especially to somebody that may or may not be like him in some ways. Being on the run was something he’d experienced at one point in his past. He doesn’t like to think too much about that though.

Drak glanced out of the window and smiled weakly "my Family..." he said quietly. He glanced at his bag and sighed weakly "I... I'm really self-concious of this but I'm actually trans... Female to Male... and my family are very religious." He grimaced. He then shook his head "No, I have nowhere to go... Haven't for a while so I just got used to it."

Zeke took a deep breath and prepared himself to try and comfort a kid he knew nothing about even though he sucks at comforting people. He had to make sure he was NOT going to get angry at Drak’s family. “Ah. I see. Well then they’re damn fools if they rejected you for something like that.” He thought for a moment. “Don’t be self conscious. You’ve got the  bravery to be who you want to be even if it goes against your family’s weird belief, and that’s more than most men have. You’re a man and you know it, so own it. Doesn’t matter what other people want you to be. They aren’t YOU, so they don’t get to decide that.” He didn’t know much about being trans, as he had never talked to a trans person, but he knew what it was like to be cast out by your family. It was a feeling he knew much about. “If you need somewhere to stay, I’ve got a nice sized room in my house not being used for much than a spare bedroom. Of course if you don’t want to, thats completely fine. You don’t know me and I don’t know you. I just know what its like go be on the run...” He offered a nice smile.

He looked up, eyes sparking in hope "You'd let me stay there...?" He said quietly, before grinning "Yes... Please. I'm sure we'll get to know each other, but... Thank you..." He smiled, wiping away a tear "You have... No idea how much that means to me." He sighed happily "Thank you, Zeke." He grinned

At first Zeke felt bad because there was a tear but then he was ecstatic. Not much of that showed though. He gave a goofy smile. “I didn’t think you’d actually say yes but that’s great! You think you can hang tight until I finish my shift?” The man stood up,  taking his hand out of his pocket. He was around 6’6, so he basically towered above most people. Thats a huge bitch! (Excuse my reference) “Need a refill on the tea?”

 [A lot shorter this time because my brain is scrambled. Making vine bracelets because why not? ]

Drak grinned, nodding "please. That's really nice, actually. Never expected i'd like tea." He laughed. "what type of tea is it?" he asked, out of pure curiosity

Zeke nodded, picking up the cup. “Oh. It’s chamomile. Don’t really drink it myself, but its seen as a stress relieving tea.” He smiled softly before starting back to the counter. “Sit tight, I’ll bring you some more tea.”
