As the title states, I would like a stud that is cheap but has high stats. I also would love to know who I should make as a permanent  pairing.

Not sure what you constitute as cheap, but I've got this guy:

He's got the luna base, PLUS he's a double carrier for both albinism and melanism, and his stats are 532 and climbing still. Only 3 GC or 240 SC or 2 GC or 160 SC for a traditional breeding.

Nikolai's stats are currently 437, but growing as a scout. Payment is 1GC or 160SC.

Tarvos is at 738 stats and is 2GC or 180 SC
