5th January

The Court of Howls sadly announces the passing of Daarth.

(even if he didn't give me any good pups apart from Yue, he was a really good boy. You will always be remembered)

Sandstorm was my first wolf. I had fun with Sandstorm. May she rest in peace.

After enjoying a lengthy retirement, Mossflower’s herbalist Oriole passed away of old age. Her successor Arnica led the funeral rites.

Pour a little out for Frost. She was my first herbalist and a damn good one. She gave birth to my first set of really-good pups and treated many an illness before her passing. She died of old age, and I have since had to assign a new wolf to fill her position. RIP Frost <3 She died at 7 Years after having lived a full-life of treating the sick. 

I finally retired my original herbalist Aysal at 7 yrs. He was a skilled herbalist and served my pack for more than three years.

Aysal will eventually be replaced by Akran.

The Fleurs d'Or pack is saddened by their first loss, a female who Aurore had come to rely on for her level-headed advice. Her legacy remains in her daughter Cochonne, but her wisdom and hunting prowess will be sorely missed.

Eykata

The cranky grandma of the nursery, Eykata was my very first NBW pupsitter at the start of the game. An old battle queen, she never had pups of her own but she found a new purpose in looking after the youngsters around the main pack territory and ensuring they weren't spirited away by an eagle or a mischievous coyote. The eldest of my OG wolves, she holds a special place in my heart and even if in hindsight, she was a plain Jane that lacked in stats and had very many lookalikes, she was the best strategical advisor that the alpha has ever had the honor of having and the pack saw her off with a tearful goodbye. Another female, Oryo has taken her place as the mainstay queen of the nursery. She stubbornly held on until her passing at age 7 years and 7 months.

Segret
Delphine Arcane's very first scout, Segret passed away at the ripe old age of 7 years and 6 months. Segret started off as the only pup born to a female named Uma. Though he grew up as a loner, he had adventure in his blood from the start which made him ideal as a scout. It was in Delphine Arcane that Segret settled and had fallen in love at first sight with the Herbalist, Nyxa, whom he had to court for several years before she agreed to be his mate. As retirement came on the horizon, he began training up Ryoma, a young upstart that had just joined, to be his replacement scout alongside his scouting partner, Sakura. After formally retiring as a scout, he had a single litter with Nyxa, siring two females, Segreta and Nyxa II. He passed away just a couple of months shy of his daughters become adols. His death struck Nyxa the hardest naturally, but the rest of the pack mourns the lost of their goofy uncle of the scouting team. Now only his mate remains alongside their leader and her mate as the last remaining of the original wolves of Delphine Arcane. They had a heartfelt send-off for him during the end of the last RO and now he's roaming the skies with Eykata, ready to greet and guide the paws of his current and future packmates among the stars.
