High Skilling Group (20/20 Members)
Posted 2021-01-02 17:04:45 (edited)

1/17/21 -

Hello Everyone,

This group has grown tremendously in these last couple weeks and I am so excited/proud. Unfortunately, as a new group we want to focus closely with one another's goals and so we must limit our number of members for the time being. Currently we have 13/20 members (20 being our max amount of members at this time). Once we reach 20 members I will unfortunately have to close our Discord to the public until we have determined our next steps (Approx. 1-2 months). Please feel free to comment on this forum, even after we have closed our Discord to the public. We may be looking for potential partners once our current partners have reached some of their goals :). If we still have spot availability, please feel free to comment here and join our Discord. Thank you everyone for reading.

Ryhn

We have currently set up a discord for everyone to use (it has a use expiration so let me know if it need to be renewed):  Closed

Partners, you will have your status changed to member once you are connected to the discord :)

Everyone, please be patient with us, this is still a new group and we are all learning together. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to communicate with me or any of the other partners :)

Not sure if their are other groups out there doing this but I couldn't find any so decided to start my own.

I want to produce the highest skilled wolves in the game.

I'm a pretty serious player even though I have only been in the game for about a month now but find I high skilled wolves to be my passion. I don't necessarily want to be on the leaderboard but to consistently produce high skilled wolves is my dream.

I am looking for partners who feel the same way.

There are some higher qualifications to fulfill however because I will be offering a lot of my time and money to this game.

- Log in at least 5 days a week (I log in multiple times a day but people get busy so I want some flexibility)

- Have a stud of at least 700 skills with 8+ marks.

- Have 5 females (pups/adol/adults) of at least 550+ skills (that can be bred, wolves older than 7 years don't count)

~ Edited: Changed to 5 Wolves (male/female/pups/adol/adults) of at least 550+ skills (that can be bred, wolves  older than 7 years don't count)

- You do not have to spend money to be a partner, time dedication is just as important (probably more so) you can tell if a pack is progressing nicely if it is constantly fed, played with, nested, hunting parties sent out, scouts scouting, etc.

- If you don't fulfill all these qualifications but still would like to be in the group feel free to message me, we can discuss about what you need to become a partner.

- Will discuss with other partners if these qualifications should be increased or decreased (most likely increase over time)

- I am also open to the idea of using Discord if it helps with communication.

- More qualifications can be added especially with input from partners

Some personal ideologies I have:

- NBW with 550+ skills are important to keeping bloodlines clean to help with selling pups

- I am not greatly concerned with inbreeding. I try to prevent inbreeding if possible but I won't chase a high skill pup if it is. I will just work to clean the bloodlines with future pairings.

- Don't really care what tier a wolf is (a wolf can always have it's tier change if needed). Personally I am breeding for high skill Tier III because I can increase stud cost (to pay for my skilling) but if a wolf has extremely high skills I don't care about looks very much.

- You don't have to have these same ideologies to be a partner, you have your own goals that you want to achieve and if we can help each other achieve these goals then all the better.

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Group Goals:

- Produce a 600+ Skill Pup

- Produce a 700+ Skill Pup

- Produce a 800+ Skill Pup

Produce a 900+ Skill Pup

- Produce a 1000+ Skill Pup (if/when we reach this goal I will set higher ones ;)

- Produce Tier III pup with base 550+ skills (other than Fox)

- Add more goals over time

What Can I Offer?

I currently have one of the highest base stat fox pups in the game Helios.

- He is currently being skilled but to my partners he will be offered for one free studding a day. This of course can be discussed with my partners.

- I also have many available females of high skills so if my partners were interested in reverse studding or borrowing certain females (with a down). Of course this will be discussed with my partners.

- Higher skilled female in my pack my be offered for reverser studding but that will need to be discussed.

- This is my collection of lower skilled base wolves that will be available for reverse studding 450+ Skill pups. Males in this group can be sex changed as needed.

Hey! I'd love to work with you if you're up for it. I don't have a wolf with 700 stats yet but I'm REALLY close right now to getting one. There's also one for sale in the Trading center I'm debating buying!

Yeah definitely, anyone who loves working with high skilled wolves would be a great addition! I put those qualifications in so that people would have people could have a common basis when breeding with one another (if we wanted to). We can definitely discuss about lowering those qualifications if you think it will help broaden the breeding groups scope.

I actually nabbed the 700 stat scout so I meet all requirements :) I'm debating sex changing them since they are male rn but yeah! I think having 700 as a minimum is good, I try to avoid breeding for stats until my wolves have reached a suitable stat level anyway. Did you want to make a discord too? May be easier to keep updated that way

Yeah I have a discord but I’m not very familiar with it lol. I have been breeding my lower stat females (450+) with my fox stud to produce more tier III’s. Produced another fox female and I’m debating selling her or breeding to other Tier III’s to make some currency for skilling. My high skill girls I will scout until they are at minimum 700+ skill.

I'd offer refunded Breedings to her with my fox baby to help make more? I'm trying to get a fox female as well. Maybe if my boy produces one too we can cross stud.

I'm not sure what to do with the 700 stat boy I just got. I could sex change him and breed to the leaderboard tomorrow? What do you think 🤔

700 skills is great for a female, especially if she is not related to Sunfall or Faelor she can produce some very nice puppies. Yeah, that actually sounds like a good idea, I’ll age her up then once she reaches adol and we can breed her to your male, get you a female fox :)

Awesome! Okay. I have changed Sköll to female and given her a tier 2 base. I'll send the request to stud to the leaderboard tomorrow when Studding is refreshed. She's unrelated to any leaderboard wolves too. I'll give you one of her pups too once it's weaned, if there's more than one! I think the calculation is the two wolves stats times 0.30?

So if I breed to the highest wolf (1400) I could potentially get 600 stat pups? That would be a huge boost to our goal.

Ahh I'd super appreciate that too! Then we could try and pump out tier 3s to provide currency for stating. We can always swap a fox pup with an unrelated one too to make sure we keep from inbreeding (I'm a stickler for that it makes the challenge more fun haha)

Alright I've sex changed another high stat wolf so now I have four females above 600 stats, and another two that are close to passing 550. So ALMOST qualified haha

My stud is still lower than 700, but I will be scouting with him constantly and using garavana in order to get him there.

Yeah that sounds awesome! I agree it definitely does increase the challenge. That’s why I’m okay if I by an inbred puppy but I won’t I breed them again to another within the same family to increase the challenge :)
