How do I change my profile picture?

I have no idea how I change it. 

I see people have them in topics and stuff, like comments?

Go to your Profile and put the link of your picture into "Tag URL"

Hi! You are going to need a photo hosting website in order to do this :D 

I personally use Postimage, as it is easy and free, and you don't need an account to host pictures on it. 

Once you have chosen your picture (HAS to be 150x150 for Wolvferden to take it!) and uploaded it to Postimage, you copy the image's direct link and as AmberWolf has said, paste it into your Tag URL in your Account Settings.
