LF: Someone willing to create a design/reference sheet for my character.

I lack any artistic ability whatsoever but I am starting to create a character and I'm just looking for a price check for a design. 

I can add details and will probably do as I think about them. Please tell me if you'd rather have a few important traits/descriptors or a more detailed explanation so I can either condense everything into a few sentence or write more about them :3

They/them, ambiguous look 

Doesn't know where they come from. Wanders around without a purpose. Mute.

Design based on the fire genasi from D&D. White flame/hair. (fire resembling hair or hair resembling fire, could be both based on how you look at it) Pure white eyes. 

Gets extremely attached to others but lacks the ability to convey it.

Curious and confused look. Deep sadness and loneliness in their eyes/expression.
