SURVEY! I need help getting measurements!

I have a bit of a random question/survey for you guys...would you guys mind measuring the circumference of your dogs neck, the top/middle is best, and the circumference from their chin to the top of their head (basically their head at the widest point)? I'm trying to design a new crocheted accessory for my shop and need some statistics on what sizes are most common! Plus, I wanna see your doggos if you have pictures Cats are welcomed too! (please keep in mind measuring has never been my strong suit)
Neck measurement- 19 in.
Head measurement- 17 in.
