ISO DEN/PROFILE CSS COMMISSION

Hi! I am looking to commission someone to make a TEMPLATE for me that I can easily maneuver. I am fairly decent at coding myself, but see, I'm not experience enough yet to fully decipher the Site coding and am running into issues and blocks that has resulted in many attempts being completely scrapped. :(

I am asking that you're comfortable with this being used for commission work as well, I have 0 issue paying more for this privilege. You do not need to do the design elements or anything, I'm just looking for a clear cut template that WORKS and helps this jumble make sense so I can elaborate on the coding and make my designs. Tell me where the header is, which box is which, what will THIS action do to this element, etc. 

Ultimately it's just organization that's making my mind brick out lollll Its very jumbled... I'm also still learning how some elements interact with eachother and things like the alternating table colors trip me up. 

Paying in GC, I can also pay in Potential Mel Carrier pups or even trade a Den/Profile custom using the template you help me create.
