Ghost Experiences

@HollowWorld

It’s pretty neat to have a ghost as a protector! Michael sounds like a cool dude. It’s sad that your girlfriend’s father wasn’t nice though. You’d think family would be.

I haven't actually seen anything like some of the others here have, but there have been a few weird things every now and then. I'm not a massive believer, and look for explanations, but I don't know much about how the universe functions, so who knows?

Most recent unexplained occurrence was when some friends and I went out late night to explore our uni campus. Now, this was pretty much just before COVID restriction lockdowns in our country, so it was a sort of 'last hurrah' before we were all separated.

For some campus background info, it was used as a war hospital at one point, dealing with shellshocked patients. There was also a morgue on campus, though it has since been mostly removed and remade into a church. Under the floor it's still the same drains they used though. Anyway, what we did was we went into a building that looked like it hadn't been used in a while, and only one of us went in, with the other two as lookout. The area isn't exactly shady, but there was a car just going around campus in circles that wasn't security, so- only one person in.

As my friend and I were outside, we heard something fall inside the building, and it echoed. From inside, our other friend messaged us 'WHAT WAS THAT?' and we were like '???? WE THOUGHT THAT WAS YOU' So that was spooky, and apparently something fell off one of the tables, but no one had moved anything. Then there were also footsteps, that neither of us standing outside made, and we weren't able to hear any footsteps from inside apart from those, so out friend messaged us 'Was that you?' and we were like 'NO???' so needless to say we hightailed it out of there.

Not exactly ghostly, but still. Unexplained. I'm convinced it was a ghost though, because there's not really any other explanation.

According to one of my other friends who has a sensitivity to this sort of stuff that the church where the morgue used to be is definitely haunted by something malevolent, and that it shouldn't be visited at night, though apparently there were a lot of passive spirits just around campus.
