This is my chaotic good tief girl Kirantavva! She's a circle of the moon druid and a certified dumbass.

As they go her backstory was basically that she was the result of an infidelity within a marriage; and even if her parents weren't terrible; it was kinda hard on her knowing that the reason she was alive was because of an unbearable mistake and the basic breakdown of a marriage. To escape her thoughts she'd often play in her backyard forest; which eventually lead up to her love for druidic practices.

She's quite over protective and can sometimes land herself in bad situations because of her blunt tongue. She also enjoys the occasional pick pocketing; however she only steals things of low value. (coppers, trinkets, snacks etc.) She never learned how to read or write which can sometimes lead her to embarrassing moments, but she's trying her best okay? :') Throughout the campaign she had a big drinking problem but eventually she managed to wean off of it with the party's..... unique help.

Her biggest achievement is stuffing 12 bagels in her mouth..., followed by rolling a nat 1 on swallowing and having to roll death saves for choking...

I'll kick this off with some art I drew of a one-shot.  We were all rats running around a house and trying to stop an invasion.

So here's one of my current characters. He's an Aasimar Cleric and a Very Good Boy, but man, adventuring will CHANGE a person. Here's how he looked when the adventure started, and how he looks now.

All he wanted was to be a traveling healer, and yet somehow he's found himself in the middle of a civil war, teamed up with an Evil Half-Goliath Barbarian and a Well-Meaning But Disastrous Tiefling Sorcereress and a Tin Can (okay, she's a Half Elf Fighter, but same thing), and engaged to a shapeshifting witch.

I have several characters for Table Top RPGs, but for DnD specifically, I have 3.

This is Amelio, the only one I have art on the laptop for.

Amelio is an Eldritch Knight Fighter, he is a very good boy, and up until last session (the 10th session we've had so far) he has killed no one. He likes to subdue, punch out, and even just befriend anyone they encounter. His little pupper is Scruffy, Scruffy was introduced as a joke, when an object of great importance was stolen and I couldn't think of anything, so I said his three legged dog Scruffy was taken. Now, Scruffy has earned the title Rat Slayer (after killing a changeling who turned into a rat to escape.) The sad thing is, Scruffy had 6 months to live when we started playing, it's been about 2 months in game now? But that's become the whole reason Amelio travels, he is giving Scruffy the best bucket list life a small three legged 18 year old dog could want!

Over all, 10/10 fun to play because he's the only one in the group who doesn't have a blood lust, and who refuses to just let people die.

Another character for my solo campaign (me and my husband only, he DMs, and I have a party of NPCs) is Elona!
Elona is a legitimized bastard of one of the Earls in the Duchy we created for the world, and she can't stand being in one place (thank you half elf traits). Her father also used to send her off to do things in other counties/duchies/etc as an ambassador of sorts, who also just happened to set things on fire because it's DnD and she's a sorcerress. Now that we've been playing about a year she's had enough adventures (hit level 10) and learned to sword fight from her companion Warton, who has been with her since the beginning. She's done a lot of fun cool things at this point, and currently working on teaching her brother how to be an adventurer (because their other brother got the title, so he wants James to learn how to do something with his life) while also working on resetting up an orchard after it was destroyed by orcs.

My last DnD character is Sobark, he's a monster slaying ranger in a Curse of Strahd game that is currently on hold because my sister-in-law started working full time/school full time/etc. so we don't know when we'll wind up continuing, which sucks kind of hard.
Sobark however is a fun char, who is full of life, spunk, and a joy for living that only a 98 year old half-elf trying not to let life crush them can be. He loves to shoot his bow, talk with his friend, and make new friends. Our DM allowed us both to have animal companions, so Sobark has a giant weasel, who does many fun ferrety things (based off my real life ferrets). When it comes to fights though, he is a very skilled and competence fighter, who doesn't really show the happy joy he often wears as a mask. He has actually been the only one to land any kind of blow against Strahd so far, though we are really early in, and Strahd hates Sobark for obvious reasons.

I have other characters who are actually a lot different than my DnD chars, but I seem to go for happy go lucky chars.

Hopefully this won't be too big, it's hard to judge on mobile.

This is my tiefling arcane trickster, Therai Carrionchant.  She's tiny, trans, and should never have been allowed to have a fire cantrip.  She rolls entirely too well when throwing fire around.  She's the unwilling party diplomat by virtue of a high charisma score, even though she....doesn't much like people.  She just knows how to fake it, or at least how to grit her teeth and be civil.

She was born into an actually well-loved noble family...but assassins from a neighboring area set up a local rebellion to kill off her family, and they fled.  Therai ended up on her own at the age of six.  She got adopted by a theif who taught her all she knew and raised her as a little sister/daughter, but by the time Therai was eighteen, she'd struck out on her own.

She's currently sort of half-unwillingly in a party with an equally misanthropic half-elf Druid, an earth Genasi fighter whose name no one knows because we all failed that roll so we keep calling her variations of Pebbles (and for awhile, Dickpunch the Mighty), The Worst Dragonborn Tank, a cigar-chomping dwarven monk who is honestly way too calm about this party's idiocy, and a drunken Dragonborn bard who travels with a bucket of her own vomit that she insists she's 'saving'.  They just recently had to say goodbye to the other tiefling in the party, a lovely, smart, sarcastic bard lady that Therai totally had a crush on.

....My GF liveblogs the funniest part of our adventures, if anyone is interested.

Some of us also translated our characters into Mass Effect.  I have an even more detailed backstory for this version of Therai.

Gah, I LOVE D&D even though I'm still terrible at it!

My favorite character so far has to be my classic half-orc fighter... she's a pirate, greedy and hotheaded. She has the flaw of defending her honor no matter what, so if an insult is thrown her way she'll fight, even to the death. Her main weapon is a great axe, but in the campaign she's in she got a magical anchor weapon! So even though she had 0 magic ability, she can now cast "shape water" whenever.

Howdy! I love me some TTRPGS but sadly I am more of a DM these days. I mean I have some interesting DM stories if you'd like to hear but my time as a player in D&D was small and relatively uneventful. This was my tiefling rogue that I loved with a passion back when I was a player though. Her names Velspira.

Truth be told, I'm also rather new when it comes to D&D in general. I've only been playing it since last year while my time with Call of Cthulhu and Vampire the Masquerade goes back to my teen years.

we were discussing D&D in the chat yet again, so here I am breathing some life into this post by including some long lost art of my precious child, Fwsh.

In one of my first sessions with my current D&D crew, I walked in with a friend to find a Lord Of the Rings session going. And somehow, in this session, we had someone playing a bear and a snake. So I said "Why Not?" And went ahead and created an Ent-wife.
This entwife's name was FWSH (wind through tree noise)(Fuh-woosh-hhh) and I loved her. She was an edgy little tree paladin type. While defending a fortress (Siege of somethingorother) against a fire sorceress, she decided to scream "1v1 me Bitch" off the highest banister, despite the fact she was mortified of fire. (the sorceress then chased her across the fortress wall, until Fwsh found backup with her party).
On a couple occassions, Fwsh found herself unconcious/dead, at which point her teammates decided to use her 10ft tall carcass as a wooden shield and hide behind it. (:
Among the last of their adventures, Trogdor, an enemy troll who was 20ft tall, decided to pick up fwsh like a club and use her to beat up the party. She had to be replanted in her previous trunk and then had to restart her growth.
And so she retired to her garden in the ent forest, where she cultivated seeds from across the land and dedicated a garden to the gods.
(There was a lot more in-depth stuff, but that's the best lore-lacking summary I could give, for those unfamiliar with LOTR)

Bonus art of FWSH meeting my Marvel D&D Character Vivian (who has a shard of yggdrasil embedded in her, and while on earth, has power over plants. FWSH is her dream come true)
