Good Price Check? For All Wolves

I was thinking of having a set price, cost for # of markings, and tier level of the base cost, plus the stats. I'm probably going to use this for my pup sales. I need feedback on it if possible. Would this be a fair pricing sheet? 

Base - 5 to 50 SC (Depending on Rarity)

Markings - 10+SC per marking (Based off of stud prices)

Tier 1 - 10 to 20 SC

Tier 2 - 20 to 50 SC

Tier 3 - 50 to 150 SC?

Tier 4+: Still working on this

100 and under stat - 2 to 5 SC?

200-100 Stats - 10  to 15 SC

300-200 Stats - 15  to 20 SC

300-400 Stats - 20  to 30 SC

400-500 Stats - 30 to 40 SC

Higher Stats: ?

Fert Low - 2 to 5 SC

Fert Avg - 5 to 8 SC

Fert Good - 8 to 12 SC

Fert VG - 12 to 40 SC
