"Oh, they're full of those clan cats" is a common response when asking city rogues what dwell in the northern forest at the base of the mountains. For generations, warriors have trained, lived and prospered in relative harmony.

But peace can't stay forever, and when the Clans attend a Gathering only to discover that there's been a strange murder, paranoia begins to weave it's way through the suddenly dark forest. This harrowing event eventually starts to make some cracks in the foundations. Were the Clans always as peaceful as it's members thought? Will they work through these threats together, or will it destroy them all from the inside?

ABOUT
Sunfall is a Warriors roleplay centered around three Clans in a fictional world, living in a vast forest of differing trees. OakClan, the one's living under StarClan's skies, yet differing from the words of their ancestors. PineClan, diverting from it's own traditions for the first time in moons. And SpruceClan, a Clan reaching their breaking point with the stars.

- No power play. Power play is defined as choosing reactions or actions for another person's character.

LORE

OAKCLAN
OakClan cats are good at stealth, but it is never used for battle, as it is considered dishonorable.
During full moons or half moons, depending on the weather, OakClan cats sleep outside in order to be fully in StarClan's view.
Voting is common in OakClan, and it's not uncommon to cast stones in vote of things.
A few OakClan cats have been leaving recently for what lies over the mountains. No cat has ever been back from there to say what they've seen.

PINECLAN
The Clan Leader's word being law is a very heavy rule placed on PineClan cats.
Fasting is required after the death of a clan mate. Kits are not allowed to take part in the fast.
Kittypets join a lot, because of the abundant prey and the closeness to Twolegplace if they ever decide to leave.
PineClan was formerly a hereditary Clan, but after a recent prophecy Morningstorm was made leader after the deaths of Sleetstar and his deputy Ravenjaw.

SPRUCECLAN
The Twolegs have been approaching their territory for years. They have just been driven from their lake camp, and now live deeper in the territory.
SpruceClan cats are good swimmers due to formerly having a camp at the lake.
They prefer to stick to the shadows and are mainly active during the night.
SpruceClan cats have a traditional clan system, but rather have a 'candidate' system in which the deputy is picked from a pool.


LOCATIONS:
Mountain Tunnel: Leads to the Moonstone where medicine cats and leaders communicate with StarClan. Apprentices make pilgrimage here.
Fourtrees: Where the Clans meet every full moon for a Gathering
Twolegplace: Where the twolegs live.
Mountain Path: A path that arches over the entrance to the Mountain Tunnel that leads deeper into the mountain.

The moon shone high in the sky, dimming through the cracks of the trees. Below stood a tall, long furred she-cat, whose fur dappled with orange and black waved in the wind. “I sense there is a reason StarClan called us here today..” the she-cat muttered, then looking at the other two cats sitting alongside her, her stern yellow gaze turning sharp as she muttered sourly, “As in, one of YOU said something and decided to put it in the gathering.”
