My pretty boy, Harrow! He's currently set to the SC minimum, and I'm not really sure how the refund thing works but I will refund 50 cones once I figure out how ^^

"Refunding" is done through regular trades, it's phrased this way to be compliant with the rules since there's no system for gifting so phrases like "free" are not allowed or advertising anything lower than the actual price is not allowed. To refund, all you have to do is send the desired amount back to the user like any other trade. Hope this helps.
