I just want to say first of all, I love you guys <3 I'm so glad we have such an interest for this!

I wanted to give you all a little run down on what we consider to be Natural and Semi-Natural; currently we are not making distinctions solely based on Eye Color, so blue and green eyed otherwise Natural colored wolves are currently considered completely Natural.

We have no bias against skin color, as I just feel that distinction would be too hard. However if you have a very dark wolf with a marbled or pink nose, you may consider classifying it as Semi-Natural, however I leave that up to member discretion.

Another thing; Red markings are more than welcome in our group, however anything above 50% Opacity on Red markings will land your wolf in the Semi-Natural classification- the same for Yellow markings.

There is no Penalty for being a Semi-Natural wolf, we just want to help both Natural and Semi-Natural wolves thrive on Wolvden as their own classes of wolves.

We also accept faux dogs- such as Border Collie falsies, Husky falsies and Shepherd/Malinois falsies- other faux dogs may be accepted as well. These will be sub categorized as Natural - Faux Dog. If we have an abundance of Faux Dogs, we will make them their own category. Due to the popularity of Merles, we desire to distance ourselves from them until a time in which they are not booming, to give other Naturals the spotlight. If you have a merle that you would consider otherwise natural looking, such as in the case of this Example: Mottledgaze; your wolf will be placed in the Semi-Natural - Faux Mutt category; Mottledgaze inspired this category name, because she looks like a lovely street mutt and I think we can all find beauty in that.

Again, there is NO PENALTY for any of these categories, we just want to give them a place to thrive. Showing negative bias beyond personal opinion for any one category will get you reprimanded by the admins; I truly desire to foster a fun and welcoming community here at the N-WPA.

Okay so, Examples! Here are a few wolves I would consider to be True Naturals;

Wind from starkiller (#2013)'s pack! Wow isn't she a beauty? <3

Sable from FantomoDrako (#435)'s pack! This is an excellent example of a dark natural

Soriah from Legacy (#5120)'s pack! Bright white markings do not disqualify Naturals, as wolves in real life can have bright, nearly white undershading

Here are some examples from my own pack of Semi-Natural wolves

Frostshine would barely be considered a Semi-Natural wolf, but due to her Pink Skin, White Eyes, and Pale base, she would land solidly in the Semi-Natural classification.

Umbrafrost is a solid Semi-Natural with the way her markings blend together in a natural manner, but don't quite fit what the idea of what a real wolf is. She could be natural in the right circumstances and she gives off that natural blended vibe, but her contrasting appearance would put her in the Semi-Natural category. This is what I expect most Semi-Naturals to look like, in some form of the other.

Jasperpetal is what we would consider on the extreme end of Semi-Natural; her Lilac base is a dead giveaway for a Semi-Natural wolf, as well as her true Green eyes (as opposed to Olive or Hazel). Her markings however are all considered Natural, and in the same sense as Umbrafrost, she gives you that natural vibe without being actually what a true wolf would look like.

I hope this made sense and shed some light on what our goals are within the clan! Also, to those whose wolves I used as examples, I hope you don't mind! I didn't want to steal the spotlight completely haha

Hi !

I'm Owanora, i joined wolvden with a fullmoon pack for a chance to customise my wolf as i intended it, i'm planning to be a monochrome base breeder, and trying to breed semis realistic wolves, as my main wolf Kintaka is.

Would a lonely soul like me be able to join this big thing ?

Hello all. My name is ShadowWolfie but feel free to call me Shadow or Wolfie, I go by both.

I'd like to join as I've planned on breeding natural/semi natural wolves since Wolvden was first spoken of. Though my pack will be partially inbred, at least.

This is Mahpiya, my customized future breeding male who is the son of my leader Cocheta and her companion Lakota.

I think he falls under the natural category but I'm not 100% sure.
