Lore, Culture, and Hierarchy

Lore

Mainly composed of young dispersals, they banded together in order to simply survive. They were determined to dominate and conquer the rugged and harsh environment. 
Culture
HierarchyWhile it can be said that there is only leader, several others do have influence over the members of the brotherhood, moreover, it can be said that it is governed by an oligarchy. However, for the majority of the group, the ranks and hierarchy are unclear, as long as something is done, .
