Well, you can search for studs in the Crossroads Wolf Search page and see what other similar wolves are going for.  But there are plenty of studs with 10 markings for 1gc or less, and your lead wolf is a fairly basic 3-marking one, so I wouldn't really expect much interest.

Your breeding male's lowest possible price would be 130SC. The stud market is all over the place, with lots of people offer partial or entire refunds, so you can always put him up but whether or not you get any takers is anyone's guess.
